The 10th Annual Tom Thumb Texas Stampede will take place November 12 and 13 at the Allen Event Center.  With it comes bull riding, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding and barrel racing by the sport's top contestants.

The Western Heritage Festival will accompany the stampede November 10-13 at the event center and other locations throughout The Village at Allen. The festival will be a four-day celebration of Western history and culture in North Texas and will include Western art, a Western marketplace, live music, children's activities and a chili cook-off.

During the past 9 years, The Texas Stampede has contributed close to $3 million to children's charities in North Texas. The primary beneficiary has been Children's Medical Center.
