Grand Opening October 15, 2008

The 181-acre mixed-use development is located in Allen, Texas at the southeast corner of Stacy Road and US 75. The Village at Allen will feature 1,000,000 square feet of retail, consisting of big box tenants, specialty shops and restaurants. It will also include a 6,275 seat event center, 500,000 square feet of office space and a 220-room hotel and conference center.
