Official Rules — The Village at Allen Holiday Giveaway

1. Sponsor
The Village at Allen (“Sponsor”) is the sole sponsor of this Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on December 5, 2025 and ends on December 12, 2025 at 5:00 PM CST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter via Instagram (platform-specific instructions apply):
- Follow @VillageShopping on the applicable platform.
- Like the Giveaway post.
- Tag at least one friend in the comments of the post. Each additional tag counts as one additional entry.
Limit: Unlimited entries based on the number of tagged friends; no automated or third-party submissions permitted.
5. Prize
Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Holiday Gift Basket containing assorted gift cards and festive goodies.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or prize substitutions are permitted.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Two winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) from the official @VillageShopping account on the platform where they entered (Instagram or Facebook). Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable entries or notifications.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
9. Social Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
10. Privacy
Information submitted by entrants will be used in accordance with The Village at Allen’s Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
